Summit was more then just a realtor for us during this house buy, she was holding our hands for every step we had to take in buying during this. Whenever we wanted to see something she was they're seeing if it could be seen for us and if it wasn’t ready to be seen she was trying to make it happen. The last house we went to see with her wasn’t on the market we just knew about it and asked if we could cruise by it. We did and then Summit called her place and asked if we were able to go in and lucky enough we were. Our whole family fell in love with this house immediately from the second we walked in and we wanted it. Summit told us to prepare a letter to the home owner when putting our bid in and we did and on that day she was calling us back saying they accepted our offer even tho there was already other bids in it. We were more then happy. On the day of house signing we went to do our walk through right before signing and we go into the basement and it’s flooded!! Our hot water heater exploded. In a sense this was a blessing in disguise bc this was not on us yet bc we did not sign. After this happened we still were leasing another home and our contract was ending bc we were supposed to be signing with this house but we obviously couldn’t because of this house flood. As soon as this happened we didn’t know what to do. We could have just walked away and went and seen another house and Summit was more then willing to do that for us or we could just stay on this property see what the owner does and what not. I was to in love with this property to walk away and the market out there is crazy so we decided we wanted to try and stay based on what the home owner did. Thankfully Summit immediately contacted the owners and let them know what was going on immediately things were being fixed. The realtor for the homeowners was not really doing they’re jobs properly in my eyes but thankfully we had Summit who seemed like she was basically doing almost everyone’s jobs who couldnt bc she did not want us unhappy. Even when we had our inspections done they’re weee smoke detectors that needed to be replaced before we even knew this summit had already gotten and replaced with new ones. Even our loan lender called us to tell her how amazing she was because when people weren’t doing they’re jobs she was and doing theirs. At the end we had our basement all ripped up and given a nice credit to fix it all. I would recommend Summit any day of any week and next time we buy or sell we know who we’re calling. Summit honestly made this house buy feel easy even with all the problems.
